On February 11, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny spoke with the head of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley. In particular, they talked about the maritime surface drones that Russia uses.
The conversation took place by phone. Zaluzhny informed Milli about the results of the last massive enemy missile attack, and also stressed the importance of air defense systems and once again thanked for their provision.

During a conversation with Milli, Zaluzhny shared his concerns about Russia's use of maritime surface drones. After all, they pose a threat to civilian shipping in the Black Sea.We also discussed the course of hostilities. The most tense situation today is in the Donetsk direction, here the enemy makes up to 50 attacks daily. Stubborn fighting continues in the area of Ugledar and Marinka. We securely hold the defense, – said the Commander-in-Chief.
According to him, in some sectors of the front, the Defense Forces managed to restore previously lost positions and gain a foothold there. Despite the constant pressure of infidels, Ukrainian fighters continue to keep Bakhmut under control. In addition, they are taking measures to stabilize the front line around the city.

- The General Staff reported that since February 24, 2022, the Russians have already lost 136,880 of their military in Ukraine. Over the past day alone, our soldiers eliminated 1,140 infidels.
- In particular, during the assault on Vuhledar, Ukrainian defenders neutralized Russian Colonel Sergei Polyakov, who had been the commander of the 140th special forces brigade since the beginning of the invasion.
- During the day on February 10, the aviation of the Defense Forces carried out 12 air strikes on areas where the manpower of Russian troops was concentrated. In addition, there were 4 more attacks on the positions of hostile anti-aircraft missile systems.
- The Oryx monitoring group reported that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russia has lost approximately 50% of its operational tank fleet. This is at least 1 thousand tanks. It is also reported that the invaders lost more than 2.2 thousand artillery systems.
