While the Russians are attacking Ukrainian cities with suicide drones of the “Shahed” type, the danger continues in the territory of the aggressor country. Drones are flying in some enemy regions.

This was reported by the head of the Center for Dispatch of the National Security and Defense Council, Lieutenant Andrey Kovalenko. According to local publics, at least six regions of Russia are under attack, 24 Kanal writes.

Russia attacked by drones

The day before, on October 16, at approximately 22:41 in the Belgorod region of Russia, a threat was declared due to an attack by UAVs. Later, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, Smolensk, and Oryol regions joined it.

According to Russian Telegram channels, “pe-ve-o” allegedly worked in the skies above the latter. They report that at least 5 drones were shot down. Three more were allegedly shot down over Bryansk region.

Our defenders have stopped another attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a terrorist attack using UAVs on the territory of Bryansk region. Three aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles have been detected and destroyed by the Russian Defense Ministry's air defense forces, enemy publics write absurdly.

As always, they assured that there were no casualties as a result of the attack, and allegedly no damage was recorded. At the same time, there is information that operational and emergency services are currently working on the scene. They also publish footage of the attack.

Recall that last week the Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to hit a storage base for Shahed-type drones, where almost 400 drones could have been stored. The strike occurred near the village of Oktyabrsky in Russia's Krasnodar region.
