Sinegubov clarified that the occupiers entered a five-story residential building, which resulted in a fire.

Later, at 0:15 on May 31, another explosion occurred in the city.
City Mayor Terekhov wrote that, previously, “repeated arrivals to the same place as the first arrivals.
The head of the OVA first reported that it was known about one victim who was hospitalized. However, he later added that the number of victims increased to eight people.
