Russian propaganda has begun to actively try to disrupt the mobilization in Ukraine.
This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
Russian propaganda is trying to disrupt the mobilization in Ukraine
— Manipulations around the inspections that were carried out by TCC workers the day before, in particular in Kyiv, are being widely distributed online. Hostile media are presenting this situation as “lawlessness” and are trying to scale this event, to give it greater significance than it actually is, — the report says.
In particular, an increase in the number of publications in the media and social networks that promote such anti-mobilization narratives is recorded.

Among these narratives, in particular:
- “mobilization in Ukraine is socially unfair”;
- “the Ukrainian government wants to fight to the last Ukrainian”;
- “Ukraine has no future”.
At the same time, the CPD continues, Russian enemy propagandists are hushing up the tough mobilization measures that are taking place on the territory of the Russian Federation itself.
The CPD recalled that general mobilization was declared in Ukraine in connection with the start of a full-scale invasion of Russia as a forced measure and the only way to save the country from Russian invaders.
Recall that yesterday after the Okean Elzy concert in Kyiv, near the Sports Palace where the event was held, TCC employees began to detain and issue summonses to men of draft age. Probably, this became one of the reasons for Russian propaganda to spread its narratives about mobilization in Ukraine.
The leader of the Okean Elzy group Vyacheslav Vakarchuk did not say anything special about TCC in his comments after the event.
The Ministry of Defense previously indicated that TCC and SP employees do not have the right to detain men who do not have updated military registration data. At the same time, police officers who sometimes accompany TCC employees have similar rights.
Despite this, men of draft age who have nevertheless updated their military registration data may still be served with summonses that require them to undergo a military medical commission (MMC).
ICTV Facts previously reported whether it is possible to refuse a summons and what the punishment will be if you do not show up for a TCC and SP request in 2024.
