Russian air defense forces are unable to cope with the “pop” in the occupied Crimea. Therefore, Russia is simulating large-scale air attacks in order to convince the domestic consumer of the “strength” of its air defense.
Russia declares the weakness of its air defense
Local residents spoke about the simulation of large-scale air attacks in the occupied Crimea Channel 24 . According to many testimonies, Russia is launching some kind of ammunition from the sea, which is used to practice air defense forces.
Consequently, the super-scale “claps” that are constantly reported are mainly to mobilize the population and demonstrate the work of the air defense.
The reason is that in Russia they already declare the inability of the air defense forces to shoot down the “clap”. the Russians, thanks to the simulation of air attacks, demonstrate that the air defense is allegedly working.
At the same time, local residents suggest that the Russians may partially “work” on Ukrainian drones. But due to the weakness of the air defense, the inhabitants of Crimea doubt it.
