Russian dictator Vladimir Putin demonstrates that he is ready for aggressive provocations in the Baltic Sea.
This was stated by President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky during a joint press conference with participants in the third summit Ukraine — Northern Europe.
Russian provocations in the Baltic region
— Putin has the ability to spread war. The situation for him is not nearly as good as he tries to describe it, but he is still able to spread terror against our cities and villages, trying to expand the battle zone, and is preparing more military forces near our borders. Russia is also signaling that it may be willing to commit aggressive provocations, particularly against borders in the Baltic region, — Zelensky said.
Actions of the Russian Federation in the Baltic region
Recall that more than a week ago the Russian Ministry of Defense published a document that spoke about changing the boundaries of territorial waters in the Baltic Sea near NATO countries. Lithuania and Finland reacted to this, which forced official Moscow to remove the message from the ministry’s website without explanation.
