Monitoring channels tracking Russian targets in Ukrainian airspace reported that enemy bombers have already launched Kh-101/55SM cruise missiles from launch lines near Engels. In the event of actual launches, Russian missiles will reach state borders within an hour.

It is also preliminarily known that Russian aviation launched missiles over the Tsimlyansk Reservoir (within the Rostov and Volgograd regions).
