Russia puts air defense on the roofs of defense buildings: what is the Kremlin afraid of and what is the reaction of the Russians< /p>

Air defense systems have been installed on administrative buildings in Moscow. Panic is beginning to reign among the Russian leadership.

The Kremlin is probably afraid that its own production in Ukraine is capable of making drones that can reach objects located deep in Russia. Russian opposition politician Igor Yakovenko told Channel 24 about this.

Why the Kremlin is panicking and installing air defense

The Russian leadership is frightened that the military industry of our state can manufacture weapons that will be able to finish off to Moscow. In addition, according to Yakovenko, there are a sufficient number of military facilities in the Russian capital that are legitimate military targets to defeat the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“It is clear that today Russian leadership is sitting in wet pants. In fact, this has been happening to them for a long time,” the Russian opposition politician emphasized.

According to him, fear in the Kremlin increased the “clap” at the Russian military airfield “Engels” near Saratov. So, it turned out that no there is simply no air defense system as such in Russia.

In addition, an additional factor that causes panic among the Russian leadership is the meeting in the Ramstein format, which will be held today, January 20. As well as the decision of the European Parliament to organize an international tribunal personally for the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.

All this creates a certain sense of anxiety. Hysteria, panic and fear are the prevailing moods in the bunker, the Kremlin and Russian TV,” the Russian opposition politician explained.

According to him, it is very palpable even through the screen.

How the Russians react

As for ordinary Russians, according to Yakovenko, there is no panic among them. According to him,the prevailing mood among Russians is a refusal to perceive the fact that there is a war going on.

Thus, at first there was no perception of war at all in Russia. For ordinary Russians, it was like a “football match on TV” – we root for ours, but in general – do not care.

However, changes occurred after Putin announced the so-called “partial” mobilization. Then the war came to the Russians and a certain anxiety spread among them. So, 320 thousand citizens of the aggressor country left for the front, and about 1 million Russians fled abroad from mobilization.

This is the real ratio of the prevailing moods in Russia. The vast majority of Russians have not “woken up” yet. However, this does not apply to border areas such as Belgorod. Other moods reign there.

“Until people wake up, there seems to be no big panic. And yes, they feel in power,” Yakovenko summed up.
