– According to experts, the Russian authorities are planning in the next three years, recruit at least 225 thousand contract soldiers annually into the Russian army, Kovalenko wrote.

He also noted that funds in the Russian budget for one-time payments are set aside up to 2027.
In his opinion, this figure indicates the intentions of the aggressor country not to carry out mobilization, but to maintain the ability to wage a full-scale war in Ukraine.
It should be noted that earlier experts from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reported that in the Russian Federation some recruits undergo significantly shorter training than necessary before being sent to war in Ukraine.
Consequently, according to one Russian military blogger, mobilized recruits in the Russian Federation undergo training for an average of about 14 days training before they are sent to the battlefield in Ukraine.
At the same time, real combat training in Russia lasts from four to five days. In particular, these 14 days cover the time between signing a military contract and arriving at the front in Ukraine.
