In 2022, thanks to high oil and gas prices, in the first three months, the enemy’s budget received 3 trillion rubles from the extraction and export of oil and gas. Unfortunately, this is 83% more than in the three months of 2021, when there were 1.6 trillion rubles.
How to stop it
For me, this is a weighty argument for the full and global embargo, even if gradual. First, a ban on the supply of tanker oil by sea, and later, after 6-9 months, on pipeline oil
This will significantly save the Russians from their oil excess profits and at the same time free the EU countries from Russian and oil dependence!< /p>
But Europe is thinking about a compromise that will not deprive the EU countries of Russian energy carriers, on the one hand, but will reduce the enemy's income, on the other. Such “thought-out” smart sanctions.
Options are being discussed:
- introducing a special duty on Russian energy resources;
- the opportunity for all consumers of Russian oil to agree to limit the price and introduce an export duty above a certain limit;
- the funds from this special duty could be used for financial assistance to Ukraine! Thus, Rashka will have to share the most expensive with Ukraine;
- the introduction of a single world price for Urals oil
Without a doubt, Russia needs to be finished off, including economically, because if you look at the amounts that the Kremlin receives for energy, it becomes clear that there are no compromises and half measures, only an embargo.
