Polish President Andrzej Duda arrived in Ukraine on May 22. During his speech in the Verkhovna Rada, he said that, first of all, Russia must pay for the restoration of our state.
Andrzej Duda stressed that Russia is the aggressor country. And it is she who is responsible for all the destruction that Ukraine has experienced since the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, channel 24 reports.

The President of Poland noted during his speech that the country will also try to help rebuild Ukraine. To this end, he will discuss the creation of special funds with world leaders.
At the same time, Andrzej Duda emphasized that, first of all, this should be done at the expense of Russia, because it is an aggressor country. And these are the requirements of historical justice.
During his speech in the Verkhovna Rada, the President of Poland once again emphasized that it was this state that attacked Ukraine, destroying houses, industry, stealing grain, and also killing people. So she has to pay reparations. And part of them may already be Russian reserves frozen in the banks of the West.
It is Russia that has destroyed Ukraine, and it is Russia that must pay. I have no doubt here. I believe that no one honest in the world has such doubts,” Duda stressed.
He stressed that in the current situation everything is clear. And everyone understands who is the aggressor and whose land was attacked and destroyed.
