German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that the Russian army is losing 24 thousand of its soldiers at the front in Ukraine each month. He meant losses in killed and wounded.

In his speech on the 75th anniversary of the German constitution, Scholz named the huge number of soldiers that Russia is losing in the war with Ukraine. He accused Vladimir Putin of sacrificing huge numbers of people for the sake of imperial ambitions.
