On the night of July 5 (starting at 20:00 on Friday, July 4), the Russian Federation launched 322 Shahed-type attack UAVs and various types of drone imitators towards Ukraine.

Today, Russian drones flew from the direction of Bryansk, Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk and Shatalovo.
The main direction of the attack was the city of Starokostiantyniv in the Khmelnytsky region.

As of 09:30, the Ukrainian Air Force confirmed the neutralization of 292 out of 322 enemy UAVs.
In particular, 157 drones were shot down by fire weapons and 135 were lost/suppressed by electronic warfare.
Unfortunately, there were hits in four locations, and debris from downed targets was recorded falling in six more.
Eyewitnesses reported explosions in the Starokonstantinov area on the morning of July 5. It was later reported that 42 enemy Shahed-type UAVs had been neutralized over the region.
