The Russians are well aware that energy terrorism does not work in terms of the goals they set. But terrorists are terrorists, because they don't know how to do anything other than terrorist attacks.
This was announced on Channel 24 by Russian opposition politician Dmitry Gudkov. In his opinion, the goal of Russian attacks is to create as many problems as possible.
Russia continues the agony
“How many problems they can create – so many will be. If they could destroy or capture Kyiv in three days, they would capture it in three days. But they broke their teeth there,” the politician said.
Gudkov believes that in this case, the Russians have only missiles left, which they are trying to somehow use. In conditions when nothing can be changed, Russia is trying to prolong its agony.
They can lose right away, or they can keep everyone in a state of tension hoping for something for as long as they like,” the opposition leader explained.

invaders are playing for time
According to Dmitry Gudkov, the occupiers are acting according to the logic of a Russian official: today we will do both, and tomorrow it is not known whether an asteroid may fall or a revolution will occur.
The logic is this – we will delay, and in the spring the agenda may change. We don’t know, maybe some kind of terrorist attack that will divert attention, or maybe the Ukrainian community will get tired of living in a state of war,” the politician explained the logic of the Russians.
According to Gudkov, the invaders now believe that time is on their side because they cannot win. The Russians are wasting time with rocket attacks to wait for some other conditions.
“They use it to keep the country on its toes and see how it ends,” summed up Dmitry Gudkov.
