Russia is hiding its launch vehicles: where the enemy is moving the fleet

by alex

Information has appeared about the movement of Russian launch vehicles into the Caspian Sea. Russia fears Ukrainian attacks on the Black Sea Fleet.

Captain of the first rank of the reserve of the Ukrainian Navy Andrey Ryzhenko told 24 Kanal that as of last week there were no movements of Russian ships. However, preparations for the relocation of corvette-class ships may continue. He noted that they could be transferred through the Volga-Don Canal from the Black Sea to the Caspian Sea.

What Russia is afraid of

Andrey Ryzhenko noted that the Karakurt corvette recently arrived in the Black Sea to replace the Askold corvette, which Ukraine very seriously damaged with a missile attack in 2023.

In the bay in Novorossiysk, the ships of the invaders, in his opinion, are relatively safe. Air defense there has been strengthened.

OSINT analysts last week published fairly new photos showing 8 corvettes moored at the pier in Novorossiysk. There are 9 Kalibr carriers in the Black Sea, of which 3 submarines and 6 ships, Ryzhenko said.

He said that 4 corvettes are stationed in the Caspian Sea, which can carry Caliber missiles. Now they are in combat readiness.

If the passage of ships into the Caspian Sea is confirmed, then this is a serious sign that the Russians are afraid of Ukrainian attacks even in Novorossiysk. They are considering separate plans for the redeployment of their ships in the event that Ukraine uses extended-range missiles or F-16 aircraft, noted the captain of the first rank of the reserve of the Ukrainian Navy.

Ukraine destroys Russian ships

  • The enemy is pulling its ships further and further with the hope that the sea will not reach them kamikaze drones. The Group 13 unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Moscow Region, together with soldiers of the SBU, Navy and Air Force, continue to destroy the enemy Black Sea Fleet.
  • Russia's Black Sea Fleet has been rapidly losing its ships since the beginning of a full-scale war. Due to the loss of the fleet, the occupiers have strengthened their aviation component, and Russian aircraft are constantly present in the Black Sea area.
  • Ukrainian defense forces sank or disabled a third of the ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. Representative of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Dmitry Pletenchuk said that the ultimate goal of our state is the complete absence of Russian warships in the Azov and Black Sea regions.
