Information has appeared about the movement of Russian launch vehicles into the Caspian Sea. Russia fears Ukrainian attacks on the Black Sea Fleet.

Captain of the first rank of the reserve of the Ukrainian Navy Andrey Ryzhenko told 24 Kanal that as of last week there were no movements of Russian ships. However, preparations for the relocation of corvette-class ships may continue. He noted that they could be transferred through the Volga-Don Canal from the Black Sea to the Caspian Sea.

He said that 4 corvettes are stationed in the Caspian Sea, which can carry Caliber missiles. Now they are in combat readiness.

If the passage of ships into the Caspian Sea is confirmed, then this is a serious sign that the Russians are afraid of Ukrainian attacks even in Novorossiysk. They are considering separate plans for the redeployment of their ships in the event that Ukraine uses extended-range missiles or F-16 aircraft, noted the captain of the first rank of the reserve of the Ukrainian Navy.
