In the Russian defense sector, they began to experience a significant lack of modern technology. It is impossible to produce a new one in large volumes, and the old one is already running out.

The head of the General Directorate of Intelligence, Major General Kirill Budanov, spoke in more detail about this crisis against the enemy. This is reported by Channel 24 with reference to its inclusion on the air of the national telethon.

Our intelligence began to check the information that Russia will reopen the warehouses. However, this was later confirmed. We are talking about old equipment that should be compensated for losses on the battlefield.

This equipment has been standing there since the 60s, 70s, 80s… It can only conditionally be called “military equipment,” explained the head of the GUR.

However, it should be understood that the quantity of these weapons also plays a role. Therefore, the outdated equipment of the Russian army in no way detracts from the heroism of our defenders. Often, after all, the line of defense is held by units against which several times a large group of the enemy is rushing.

Mobilization has also been confirmed

In addition, the media have repeatedly reported that covert mobilization is being carried out in Russia. However, the head of intelligence did not comment on this before, because there was no confirmation. Now it has appeared.

However, now there is not only data, probably obtained in the territory of the enemy. After all, even one of the infidels mobilized in April has already managed to get captured by our defenders.

General mobilization in Russia cannot be announced for two reasons at once:

• The economy will not survive, as it is already suffering from sanctions and war.
• Kremlin propaganda has come up with too much about Russia's “successes” at the front. Therefore, now it will be difficult to explain to the population the need to increase the size of the army.

Also, according to the Main Intelligence Directorate, Russia wants to change the legislation regarding conscription. Probably, soon it will be announced there not 2 times a year, but at any time. They also plan to strengthen criminal liability for “evaders”.

How equipping enemies helps Ukraine

On May 12, Ukroboronprom told how many military vehicles had already been restored. The total cost of captured tanks, self-propelled guns and other vehicles that had to be repaired is 1.5 billion hryvnia.

Now all this transport is working again as intended – covering the Russians with fire on the battlefield. However, it is important to note that there were already much more captured vehicles. After all, the Russians often left her safe and sound.
