Colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine, People's Deputy, Secretary of the Defense Committee of the Verkhovna Rada Roman Kostenko spoke about this on Channel 24 . He believes that the Russians will wait for better weather conditions and try to speed up their offensive in the east.
