According to them, the action took place on the Free Ukraine Square – Fria Ukrainas plats. It is preliminary known that this was a spontaneous demonstration due to the mass shelling of Ukrainian cities, which was carried out by Russia on October 10.

Ukrainian activist Serhiy Sternenko said that Portugal, Germany, Poland and Italy also took part in protests.

Sweden was previously called to recognize Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism
It should be remembered that on August 18, ten Swedish organizations associated with Ukraine called on the Swedish Foreign Ministry and Parliament to recognize Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism. In the appeal, the organization cited the facts of terror in Ukraine by Russia.
It is known that then representatives of the Stand with Ukraine Gothenburg and Nordic Ukraine Forum met with Secretary of State Magnus Nilsson from the Swedish Foreign Ministry. They passed on the policy of appealing to the leaders of the groups in the Swedish parliament with a call to recognize Russia as a terrorist country.
In addition to recognizing Russia as a terrorist country and punishing war criminals, the organizations propose:
- to make active efforts to obtain evidence for future war crimes trials;
- recognize Belarus' close ties to the Kremlin as colluding with a terrorist organization.
