Russia has no right to have nuclear weapons: Zelensky spoke at the UN Security Council

President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke at the UN Security Council on September 27. Before, he reacted to nuclear threats and stressed that Russia cannot have the right to such weapons.

The President noted that Russia despises the UN charter and violates all the rules. Therefore, Zelensky called on the world to act.
