A Russian military blogger announced the formation of a new corps. Analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War believe that this information may be true, because Russia has recently begun to actively form regional detachments.

The formation of such units will lead to one thing – increased tension, inequality and lack of cohesion in the Russian army. The ISW noted that all units fighting for Russia have a different level of military training, a decentralized command structure, a different perception of the war and motivation to fight. The only thing that unites them is absolutely inadequate training.
