Russia can mobilize up to 200 thousand people using the BARS system/Slovo i delo
In Russia, on April 1, a wave of mobilization under the BARS system begins. According to the combat army system, up to 200,000 soldiers can be mobilized.
That is, at this time the conscription campaign begins, and in a week or two it can be very hot in Ukraine. Military expert Oleg Zhdanov spoke about this on Channel 24.
That is, the Russians hope that they will now receive an operational reserve of the first stage under this system. The quality of these troops will be very low, but there will be a lot of equipment.
Under the BARS system, they can mobilize up to 200 thousand (military – 24 channels). If this “theme” works and people come to the military registration and enlistment office, Zhdanov explained.
Therefore, as he added, we can expect that in 10 days Russian troops can receive a serious reinforcement.
“Yes, the equipment will not be new, since the 1970s of production – it will be removed from long-term storage,” Zhdanov explained.

However, as the military expert noted, if we defeat this so-called “second wave”, then we have a chance to win this war. This needs to be carefully prepared. In this case, “time plays into our hands,” he added.
