And like a cherry on the cake – the other day the same Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense reported that the Kremlin is trying to “pull” almost a thousand of its military personnel out of Kazakhstan, involved in the protection of objects important for Russia, such as the Baikonur Cosmodrome, for example.
The contingent described above falls under the definition of “military personnel who have passed psychological selection, are able to serve in specific conditions and are able to use sophisticated equipment.”

And, it seems that the Putin regime for this contingent had a somewhat more complicated undertaking than simply “utilizing” as ordinary infantrymen in battles against the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As I assume, the Kremlin planned to use these “elite” military to “discipline” the recruited “cannon fodder”, albeit by the method of “hazing”.
But it seems that the enemy will have to use their “elites” as “marching replenishment” . In order to restrain the offensive actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including in the south, with their bodies.
