Russian propagandists claim that their invading army used the FAB-3000 M-54 aerial high-explosive bomb with a UMPC kit against Ukraine for the first time.
Videos of an airstrike on the border of the Kharkov region were published by Russians on June 20 in the Kremlin Telegram channels.

The Russian airstrike on the hospital in Liptsy was confirmed by Nazar Voloshin, a representative of the operational-strategic group of troops of Khortitsa. He told Suspilna Kharkiv that the type of ammunition and the means from which it was dropped was being established.
The head of the Kharkov region police, Vladimir Timoshko, also confirmed that the Russians carried out the airstrike with a guided aerial bomb or UMPB, but the weight of the warhead can only be determined after inspecting the impact site.
—As for publications in Russian public pages in general, in 99% of cases this is IPSO, which is simply designed to scare the population. What they always do. Therefore, I do not exclude the possibility that it could have been another bomb or ammunition used. Only explosives experts can draw a conclusion, — said Timoshko.
