In Russia, not a single night goes by without an “attack” by unknown drones, explosions and a fresh “pop”. This time there was turmoil in the Krasnodar region, as well as in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Russian media reported this. At the same time, the Russians claim that they allegedly successfully shot down all enemy targets, reports 24 Channel.

Drones were seen in the Krasnodar Territory and Crimea

The Russian Ministry of Defense on the morning of April 27 reported that during the night “attempts by the Kyiv regime to carry out terrorist attacks.” In particular, the occupiers spoke about the alleged use of aircraft-type UAVs against targets on Russian territory.

According to preliminary data, the notorious Russian air defense “shot down” and “intercepted” sixty-six Ukrainian UAVs over the territory of the Krasnodar Territory. Two more drones were allegedly destroyed over the Crimean Peninsula.

Meanwhile, the monitoring telegram channels of the aggressor country wrote that the total approximate number of drones that flew into Russia was up to 70 units. Also, some drones, according to the occupiers, were moving in the direction of the Crimean Bridge in Kerch.

The drones hit 2 Russian oil refineries

  • Russian media also reported that on the night of April 27 in the Krasnodar Territory, drones allegedly attacked three areas. Around 4:00, eyewitnesses reported the sounds of explosions in the region.
  • Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyev said that their air defense allegedly “suppressed” more than 10 drones in Slavyansky, Seversky and Kushchevsky areas. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties on the ground.
  • At the same time, the Russians showed footage of the attack and explosions that were heard at the refinery on their telegram channels. In particular, local residents reported an attack on the Ilsky oil refinery, writing that a fire broke out there, which was almost extinguished. In the footage shared by the Russians, you can see how a huge glow formed on the spot, and a black column of thick smoke rose into the sky.
  • In addition, the head of the Slavyansky district, Roman Sinyagovsky, that a fire broke out at their Slavyansk-ECO oil refinery, which was also extinguished. The occupiers also reported “cotton” at a bitumen plant in the region. Meanwhile, the Russian authorities have traditionally not confirmed this.
