Moscow again threatens to attack the “decision-making centers” in Ukraine, including in the capital. This is how the aggressor state responded to the British statement.
In particular, London said that Ukraine has the right to attack targets on Russian territory even with their weapons. On April 26, Moscow's response was published by Russian media with reference to the Russian Defense Ministry.
Russia again threatens Ukraine to attack “decision-making centers”
The Russian Defense Ministry called London's statement a “provocation”. Moscow has threatened a “proportional response”.
As we have warned, the Russian armed forces are on standby around the clock to retaliate with long-range “precision weapons” against decision-making centers in Kyiv, Moscow said.
A more cynical Russia added that supposedly “advisers from among the nationals of one of the Western countries who are in Ukrainian decision-making centers in Kyiv will not necessarily be a problem in Russia's decision-making on retaliatory action”.
