According to media reports, Ronaldo's decision to stay until at least 2027 will undoubtedly be very profitable, but probably rules out any future prospect of Ronaldo returning to play for a European club.
The Portuguese joined the Riyadh-based side in December 2022 after leaving Manchester United and becoming a free agent.
At Al Nassr he became the highest paid player in football history with an annual salary of £177m.
Last season, Ronaldo scored 35 goals in 41 matches in all competitions to become the Saudi Arabian Football League's top scorer for the second season in a row.
In total, he scored 99 goals in 111 matches for Al-Nassr. In total, he scored 938 times in his career for clubs and the Portuguese national team.
Let us recall that in early June, Ronaldo and the Portuguese national team won the UEFA Nations League. In the final, the Selecao beat the Spanish national team.
