Rocket attack on Vinnytsia: 8 dead are already known

A terrible Russian attack on Vinnitsa has claimed lives already for at least 8 civilians. Among them is a small child.

This was announced by Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
