The return of Ukrainian men from abroad who left in violation of the law is a topic on which Ukraine continues negotiations with partners in the EU countries.
Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Klimenko spoke about this.

He pointed out that today European politicians are mostly not in the mood to deal with the process of forced return of such Ukrainians.

Klimenko added that law enforcement officers daily suppress dozens of attempts to illegally cross the Ukrainian border.
At the same time, he refused to name statistical figures since the beginning of a full-scale war, citing the fact that this is classified information.
However, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs denies that such cases exceed tens of thousands of men, pointing out that these are clearly inflated figures.
