● President Vladimir Zelensky, during a speech at the first International Forum of Defense Industries in Kiev, announced the creation by Ukraine of the Alliance of Defense Industries, where production of weapons and military equipment will be localized. In general, representatives from 30 countries from different continents attended the forum — America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and all were represented252 defense companies.
The Ukrainian leader informed those present that a basic declaration of defense industries had already been developed, and manufacturers of military equipment from all over the world could join this project. According to the president, today the declaration has already been signed by “13 outstanding companies”. In total, summing up the results, the president announced contracts with 38 companies from 19 countries.

Among the main flagship projects — transfer of production of the Bren 2 Sich assault rifle from the CZUB company (Česká zbrojovka) or the production line of small-caliber ammunition from the Sellier&Bellot company.
According to Ukrainian military portals, Ukrainian military personnel are already using CZ BREN assault rifles at the front.
● Another result was the announcement from the Turkish manufacturer Baykar, which is known in Ukraine for its Bayraktar TB2 attack drones, which announced that it would invest $100 million in three key projects in Ukraine.
One of These projects will be the construction of our own drone production plant. It should be completed in a year and a half. Baykar is also expected to create its own service center and office in Ukraine.
In general, the Turkish company expects that the production, which will be localized in Ukraine, will employ at least 300 people.

At the same time, Borrell said that nine contracts have already been concluded with the European Defense Agency (EDA) for the joint purchase of ammunition.
● The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine conducted a special operation Barynya, in within the framework of which a Russian serviceman was recruited, who also helped capture 11 Russian occupiers.
