- Open the Diya application and log in using your electronic signature.
- Go to the Services section.
- Find the service Replacing a driver's license and select her.
- Specify the reason why you want to replace the document (for example, loss, damage, change of personal data, etc.).
- Select the desired document type — Digital+plastic.
- Select a convenient delivery method. You can pick up the document yourself from the nearest Ukrposhta office or order delivery by courier.
