In Ukraine, the PPK “Redan” movement is gaining momentum. For example, in Vinnitsa, teenagers also planned to arrange a mass brawl. They were detained.
According to the police, they were going to arrange a mass brawl on one of the squares in Vinnytsia on February 27.
Teenagers got ahead
Law enforcement officers detained the participants of the “action” and took them to the police station. Preventive talks were held with the children in the presence of parents.
The police warned that such brawls are an attempt by Russian propagandists to stage another IPSO and use children to destabilize the situation in Ukraine.
What is known about PPK “Redan”
- The youth movement PPK “Redan” consists of fans of anime. The teenagers dress up in black clothes with spiders and the number 4, which is a reference to the anime “Hunter x Hunter”.
- Teenagers call themselves informals. They arrange mass brawls with football fans, migrants and representatives of other nationalities or subcultures.
- The young people claim that the “PIK” in the name of the movement is a joke. They assure that they do not associate themselves with the military company at all.
- The movement spread to Russia. Children staged skirmishes in shopping centers in a number of cities.
- Subsequently, the wave went to Ukraine. For example, in the center of Kharkov, the police detained teenagers who were planning to start a mass brawl.
- Representatives of the PPK “Redan” movement tried to arrange a large-scale brawl in the center of Lviv. Aggressive teenagers gathered near the Forum shopping center around 17:00.
