How Russia wants to shift responsibility for the plane crash in Kazakhstan

The Central Nervous System received a document stating how the Kremlin is covering up the fact that Russian air defense shot down an Azerbaijani plane. Instead of admitting guilt, Vladimir Putin decided to call the plane crash a “tragic incident.”

Kadyrov's people also created a “temnik” that prescribed how this information should be presented to the public.

How Russia ordered to cover the plane crash in Kazakhstan:

• don't talk about the shootdown, only about the “air event”;
• avoid mentioning the work of air defense;
• make ordinary people guilty dispatchers.

“This story exposes the degradation of the regime: lies, manipulation and fear of losing Kadyrov's loyalty,” the Central Nervous System noted.
