The Ukrainian national football team announced its bid for the decisive qualifying match for Euro 2024 against the Italian team.
The composition of the team was announced by the press service of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF).
Sergei Rebrov's coaching staff called 26 performers to the training camp, including two debutants – Maxim Taloverov and Vladislav Dubinchak.

Ukraine's application for the match against Italy

- Midfielders: Taras Stepanenko, Alexander Zubkov, Georgiy Sudakov (all Shakhtar), Alexander Zinchenko (Arsenal, England), Viktor Tsygankov (Girona, Spain), Mikhail Mudrik (Chelsea, England), Sergei Sidorchuk (Westerlo, Belgium), Ruslan Malinovsky (Genoa, Italy), Alexander Pikhalenok (Dnepr-1);

The match against Italy will be the final one in qualifying for the 2024 European Championship. Both teams have 13 points, but Squadra Azzura is ahead of the blue-yellows in additional indicators. In the match, which will take place in Leverkusen, the Ukrainian team only needs a victory to get a direct ticket to Euro 2024.
