The Russian Federation has reached the ceiling of its own capabilities in the production of missiles, with the help of which the aggressor country is trying to strike the territory of Ukraine.
This was stated by military expert of the information and consulting company Defense Express Ivan Kirichevsky in a commentary by the host of the national telethon United News Yana Brenzei.
“Apparently, they have hit the wall of their own capabilities. On the one hand, we can judge that sanctions are not working; the Russians have reached a rate of 115 missiles per month. At the same time, before the full-scale invasion, they barely produced 120 missiles a year. But if we take the figures that were recently released by the Main Intelligence Directorate and compare them for October and August, then the numbers do not compare.

That is, in September they were unable to achieve this figure by 115 long-range missiles, in terms of Caliber and X-101. Even with Daggers, strange trends have appeared. They have certain production problems,” Kirichevsky noted.
According to the analyst, one should not put much hope in the sanctions imposed against Russia, since the aggressor country produced engines, composite materials and warheads on its own even before the attack on Ukraine.
– When we talk about sanctions, we can only mean one element – electronics. Russians are trying to organize the production of their own electronics. They proceed from the logic: if they have previously smuggled electronics from the 1980s bypassing sanctions, they will be able to do this on their own. The only problem that remains is that they do not have engineers left who can integrate this electronics into the on-board computers of their rockets.
But in the production of engines, composite materials, and combat units, the Russians were already independent before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Therefore, in this case, there is no point in hoping for sanctions that they could stop everything,” the military expert noted.
