Viktor Andrusov, adviser to the head of the interior minister, spoke about this. According to him, a very simple rule in war is not to be encircled.

That is, as he added, there is no motivation for the Russian occupation troops to “stand to the death” to the last for the captured settlements, “from the word in general.”

“So, if we carry out effective counterattacks, if Western weapons are already on the battlefield, then we will inflict so-called cut-off strikes, carry out “cauldrons” and encirclement,” he added.
