Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will not sign a peace agreement with Ukraine. The second president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma is convinced of this.
He said this in an interview with the British newspaper The Guardian.
Kuchma noted that it is unrealistic to believe that Putin will agree to peace negotiations due to the partial occupation of Ukrainian regions.
