As Dzhigun noted, strengthening Ukraine's defense capability can influence Russia to stop military actions. The effectiveness of enemy attacks will then fall.

We need to change the perception. We need to transfer the war to Russian territory. This is already being implemented in the Kursk operation. But Ukrainian diplomacy has been working hard over the past months on the thesis that work on enemy territory will affect the readiness of the Russian regime to negotiate, – noted Dzhigun.
