The victory parade, which Russia is so proud of and which it always uses as the main tool of military propaganda, this year can not only be fully called a parade of shame, but even a marker the inevitable end of the regime that broke its back in a mongoose leap.
Where did Gerasimov go
But the main thing is completely different, exactly what the parade of shame showed today, May 9, 2022. The parade of shame showed that Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, was indeed or at least wounded, at most liquidated, since he was absent from this event.
Let me remind you that I have repeatedly noted that May 9 will show whether Gerasimov is really was wounded or destroyed in the Izyum region, since not a single parade took place without his participation.
“Judgment Day” is canceled
Also, the air part was canceled at the parade of shame, allegedly due to weather conditions. But the weather in Moscow today just allows aviation flights. What happened then?
According to one version, Putin was frightened by a provocation from one of the pilots, according to another, the Il-80 “doomsday” plane could not take off. And it is in this version that I believe the most, because the other day I noted that the Il-80 aircraft are not in the best condition, or rather, in critical condition.
Of course, if the Il-80, so widely announced by Russian propaganda, had not been demonstrated at the parade, this would have given rise to rumors that are true. That Putin does not have a last resort for commanding a nuclear strike. And so they simply canceled the air part and that's it.

I note that the parade of shame was held under the slogan “Happy Victory Day!”, but the symbols “Z”, ” V”, “O”, etc.
It looked very strange, because in the last two and a half months such symbols have simply become hypertrophied in distribution! It is hard to believe that the regime did not find enough white ribbons or chalk for the shame parade. Or is it a sign of the regime abstracting from this symbolism?
The “historical” speech of the naked king
As for Putin's speech, he did not announce the mobilization expected by many, but not by me. Some “successes” of the so-called “special operation”, which are reported daily by the RF Ministry of Defense, were not announced either.
In general, Putin's speech sounded with the mood of defeat, and he himself looked confused, his diction was crumpled. As for the narratives, there is nothing new – just a set of attitudes repeated from year to year with a slight nuance – the mention of the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions in a very interesting context.
Putin spoke about pseudo-republics in a tone that for them, Russia was forced to unleash a war against Ukraine. It is with such a hint that will allow Russian propaganda to maneuver in the future to justify failures and collapse in the country. This is all because of the occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions – all these economic problems, hundreds of fresh graves in every city of Russia, the international blockade and, accelerated by an order of magnitude, the impoverishment of Russians.
In fact, the parade of shame showed that the Russian leadership is in a state of endless depression from the realization of inevitable defeat. Without Gerasimov, without the Il-80, without the lion's share of that combat-ready and more or less embellished equipment and main combat-ready units, the compensation of which will take not years, but decades. The parade of shame showed the end of the regime in color.
