Vladimir Putin has not abandoned his ambitions to destroy Ukraine. To do this, he has secured military support from the DPRK.

North Korean military are already taking an active part in the battles against the Defense Forces in the Kursk region. It is known that they suffered their first losses, reports 24 Channel.

Alliance between Russia and the DPRK

Meanwhile, the Russian dictator signed a law ratifying the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Russia and the DPRK.

It should be noted that the key point of the treaty is mutual military assistance. If one of the parties is attacked, the other is obliged to provide support. This step strengthens the ties between Moscow and Pyongyang.

Recall that earlier, the head of the GUR, Kirill Budanov, explained that North Korea provides Russia with soldiers in exchange for money and military technology, as well as assistance in circumventing sanctions and strengthening nuclear potential.

President Zelensky criticized the lack of a decisive response from the West to the involvement of DPRK troops in the war against Ukraine. The State Department assured that discussions with allies are ongoing regarding what the response to Pyongyang's actions should be.
