Putin restricted entry to Sevastopol
As it became known, Putin introduced an average level of response in Sevastopol and other regions of Russia .
The medium level of response is being introduced in the regions bordering Ukraine and the “new subjects of Russia.” In addition to Sevastopol, this applies to the occupied Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk and Rostov regions.
According to the decree, for facilities that ensure the operation of transport, communications, energy and pose an increased danger to life and health people and nature, a special mode of operation is introduced.
