Putin has already fulfilled every threat he could make. Except the last – nuclear. Whether he will risk using the atomic bomb is impossible to predict. But it should be remembered that the Russian dictator is inadequate.
This opinion was expressed by Mark Feygin on Channel 24. According to him, the Russian dictator really used all the levers of influence that he could provide. There have already been missile strikes, blackmail at the ZNPP too; now it's time for mobilization and referenda.

Whether he will do it tomorrow or someday – who knows, – Feigin noted.According to Feigin, when using atomic weapons, everything goes through a certain chain. In all likelihood, in this case, one of the people will refuse to carry out such a criminal order. However, if everything depends on one Putin, then anything can happen.
We have always assumed that the decision to use nuclear weapons is a collegial one. It is not decided by one person. If it is collegial, then such a decision has little chance. There will be someone in this chain who refuses, Feigin emphasized.
Therefore, it is too difficult to predict whether Russia will launch a nuclear strike. A lot is unknown. The same with the reaction of the West. Previously, they promised to respond in direct proportion to the nuclear strike. And then events can develop – and I don’t want to imagine. But the West, the human rights activist believes, should really respond in proportion.
According to Feygin, if the world faces a global collapse, the West will do everything possible to quickly destroy Putin.
Putin “turned on” nuclear blackmail again: the main thing
- In his speech on September 21, where partial mobilization was announced, Putin threatened the world that he was ready to use nuclear weapons. He stressed that Russia is ready to use all available means to allegedly “protect itself.” The dictator repeatedly spoke nonsense about “threats from the West.”
- President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to Putin's appeal. He noted that nuclear threats are nothing new from the Russian dictator. However, such risks cannot be dismissed.
