Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky said this in Brussels during a press conference with the Prime Minister -Belgian Minister Alexander De Croo.

The Ukrainian President expressed gratitude to the head of the Belgian government, Alexander De Croo, for his fundamental support of the Global Peace Summit.

According to Zelensky, there are only 2 scenarios for the development of events: “either the real world, or expansion of the war.”

“We see that Russia is doing everything for the second scenario, trying to disrupt the Peace Summit. Thanks to every leader, every state that understands this and does everything. so that the Peace Summit could really become a force for Russia to peace. This is absolutely possible,” the guarantor emphasized.

Zelensky noted that everything depends on how decisive the world leaders will be and from the fact that “each state actually chooses whether it wants to establish real peace, or is satisfied with the current situation – that is, satisfied with war.”

Zelensky spoke about the importance of Biden's presence at the Peace Summit: briefly

• President Vladimir Zelensky believes that “Putin will applaud standing” if US President Joe Biden does not come to Switzerland for the Peace Summit.
• The head of state noted that he would very much like President Biden to personally attend the summit in Switzerland.
• “I know that America supports the summit, but you and I do not know at what level. I believe that this is not a very strong decision, with all due respect to everyone person in the United States of America,” Zelensky emphasized.
• According to Vladimir Zelensky, now there will be a Peace Summit, which will be organized by the whole world, “and then there will be something that Russia will try to do it.” He believes that Biden's presence at the Peace Summit is needed by other leaders who are looking at the reaction of the United States of America.
