Putin has already chosen the line of reconciliation , he has been trying in every way for a month and a half to invite us to negotiations, to persuade the West to force us to join the negotiations – given this, he will not cut off all ties. Sheitelman adds.
He also stressed that there is no policy of full confrontation yet, and if such a moment comes, it’s good, because it only means that there is not much left to the end, he concludes.
