After the fictitious “attack by the Ukrainian DRG” in the Bryansk region, the Russians hoped for a tough reaction from Vladimir Putin. However, the dictator did not live up to the expectations of his people.
Political scientist Valentin Gladkikh told Channel 24 about this. According to one version, the dictator did not appoint those responsible for the “leaky” Russian border, because he is afraid to punish the heads of various special services.
Indeed, for Vladimir Putin, the personal loyalty of his subordinates is more important than their professionalism. According to Gladkikh, there is an important nuance in this matter – the head of the Kremlin will not fire someone for certain failures, because there is no one to replace them.
Putin has a small lava spare. In Russia, for the entire period of a full-scale war, not a single outstanding military leader appeared, the political scientist emphasized.
Gladkikh added that in the aggressor country, generals are transferred from one post to another. And at the same time, they can not boast of any achievements on the battlefield, but become known only for dancing naked.
Personnel crisis in Russia
According to Gladkikh, Russia is facing a serious managerial and personnel crisis, which will inevitably lead to a certain social explosion. The political scientist noted that there is a revolutionary principle “the top cannot, but the bottom does not want to.”
In Russia, a situation is brewing when “they can't get the top.” They can't do anything right now. The problem remains only with the lower classes,” Gladkikh noted.
How long it takes for the lower classes to understand that they don’t want to do this anymore is unknown.

Putin's plans may turn against him
However, discontent in Russia will be brewing more and more.
Putin is fueling this discontent among the Russian masses. He thinks that this aggression will then be directed towards Ukraine. That is, they attracted all the enraged Russians to the war against Ukraine,” the political scientist said.
However, according to Gladkikh, things could turn out differently. Russian anger could turn against Putin himself and his regime and spill over into Russia.
Prerequisites for a social explosion in Russia
The political scientist noted that internal contradictions are growing more and more in Russia. In particular, there is a large property stratification in Russian society.
The daughter of Dmitry Peskov (Putin's press secretary – Channel 24) enjoys life in Dubai, while some families are given a pack of dumplings after the death of mobilized parents or sons. This cannot but cause indignation in Russian society,” Gladkikh stressed.
Disagreements also arise in other areas.
- There is tension between the regions, which manifests itself in mobilization plans. The political scientist noted that for some reason, mobilization is not carried out on the main street of Moscow – Tverskaya. At the same time, the reserves of manpower are replenished by representatives of the Russian hinterland.
- ethnic inequality. According to Gladkikh, more Buryats died on the battlefield in Ukraine than ethnic Russians.
The political scientist summed up that sooner or later these disagreements can result in certain actions directed against the regime of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
