Путин и так плохо спит, – ексагент КГБ сказал, зачем в ГУР заговорили о бункерах диктатора

Repeatedly information has appeared in the media that Vladimir Putin has bunkers throughout Russia to hide in case of emergencies. The Main Intelligence Directorate reported that Ukraine knows where each of these objects is located.

Former KGB and Service officer Russian foreign intelligence service Sergei Zhirnov told 24 Channel that the location of Putin’s bunkers is not a big secret for Ukrainian intelligence, which, in addition, still knows a lot. He added that the public statement of the GUR is trolling the Kremlin dictator.

< p>Sergei Zhirnov expressed the opinion that the statement by the Main Intelligence Directorate is intended to emphasize that Putin is vulnerable, because recently there was an attempt on the life of Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, and Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi also died in a plane crash. This is a good opportunity to play on the feelings of the dictator, using these events.

Putin already sleeps poorly because he is afraid of his own security guards, FSB, army. At the last meeting with the generals, they were not sitting next to him – there was space so that they could not reach him with their hand, he said.

A former KGB officer noted that Vladimir Putin is paranoidly afraid of everyone from his circle. Ukrainian intelligence knows this, therefore, in his opinion, the Main Intelligence Directorate organized the IPSO to make him even more worried.

The situation in Russia: briefly

  • Personnel purges are taking place in Russia. On May 23, it became known about the detention of General Vadim Shamarin, who headed the main communications department and was Valery Gerasimov’s deputy. Russian media report the detention of Shamarin, and pro-Kremlin telegram channels claim that he was allegedly exposed for accepting a bribe.
  • In Russia, personnel changes have recently occurred in the Ministry of Defense. Analysts at the Institute for the Study of War believe that accusations of corruption are a formal reason for them.
  • The Kremlin is deliberately removing high-ranking officials of the Ministry of Defense from power. The Russian president replaced several ministers, including Sergei Shoigu, who served as Russia's defense minister. Putin's decision to remove Shoigu from the Russian Ministry of Defense likely also led to the dismissal of several of his “comrades”.
