Almost all the available general staffs of the group began to overturn on Ukrainian lands.
Since it was not possible to recruit ideological and experienced mercenaries for the war in large numbers, Putin decided to send conscripts mobilized during the spring draft to the war.

To win any victories, the Russians need at least some trained troops, since the army of invaders can successfully storm the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the available forces on all sections of the lines of collision with huge problems and losses.
