Russian dictator Vladimir Putin mustered up the courage to leave Russia. He wants to attend the G20 summit, which, however, is still far away.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin after Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine does not leave the territory of the occupying country. While Russia is becoming more and more an exile among civilized countries, the leader of the infidels decided to sit at home. Bali will host the G20 summit. Indonesian President Joko Widodo also invited Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
Putin's aide Ushakov has already said that Putin will go to Indonesia and even hopes that the meeting will take place offline.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should also take part in the G20 summit. What motives Widodo was guided by when he invited Putin to the summit is unknown.
Recall that in April, US President Joe Biden personally called Widodo and asked that Putin not be allowed to participate in the G20 summit. American diplomats also carried out active work in this direction. Biden also called for Russia to be excluded from this format altogether because it attacked Ukraine. Unfortunately, his arguments regarding Putin were not heeded.
But Widodo agreed to the participation of Vladimir Zelensky, which the United States insisted on. On April 29, he telephoned our president and invited him to take part in the summit. The Chinese generally insist that Russia's war with Ukraine should not be on the agenda of the G20 summit at all.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen also said that Western leaders would not boycott the event, but, on the contrary, would come and say everything they think in Putin's eyes.
