Russian dictator Putin is deliberately prolonging the war in Ukraine. He is confident that time will play in his favor.

The intelligence officers are convinced that Russia is unlikely to achieve ” qualitative leap” in the war, but this will not stop Putin. Despite the setbacks in 2022, the key for Putin is the weakening of support from allies, in particular the US and NATO.
