Due to sanctions restrictions, Russia does not have access to technologies with which it could to produce weapons. At the same time, the Kremlin is running out of resources to continue the artillery war.

Putin today has no other options than to turn to Iran and North Korea for help. Political strategist Mikhail Sheitelman told channel 24 about this.

The expert noted that Putin travels and asks for weapons, because because of the sanctions, Russia does not have more than just money. Moscow also does not have the technology to produce these weapons there.

So they ask Iran as a “high tech” state, North Korea they ask for artillery shells for MLRS, and in other countries they have to ask for money. Ask them to buy something. Therefore, Moscow will later “boast” that everything is going well according to their financial plan,” the political strategist explained.

According to him, the budget of the Russian Federation for the first time “goes into the red” for two months in a row.

“They have a very serious state budget deficit. The fall in budget revenues last month was 40 percent, this month – 25 percent. Also, they now do not supply gas to Europe. They themselves turned off the Nord Stream. And this means that Russia will not receive additional money,” the observer said.

He added that Europe will buy Russian oil only until January 1, since then this flow will also stop due to the embargo.

< p>“So, Russia can lose half of its exports in this way,” Sheitelman concluded.
