Putin announced “two tracks” regarding negotiations on Ukraine Vladislav Kravtsov

Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov claims that Moscow sees “two tracks” for negotiations on ending the war against Ukraine. In one of them, the Ukrainian side will participate, and in the other there will be a “bilateral American track.”

This was reported by 24 Channel with reference to Russian media. The issue of possible future negotiations on the war was discussed by Putin and Trump over the phone on February 12.

What Peskov said about possible negotiations on Ukraine

Dmitry Peskov told Russian propagandists that Russia considers the United States “the main counterpart in the negotiations on ending the war in Ukraine.” Putin's lackey also noted that working contacts between Russia and the United States “will be expanded in the coming days and weeks.”

Peskov also said that Ukraine will definitely participate in negotiations to resolve the conflict, but “there will also be a bilateral Russian-American track.”

In addition, the Russian dictator's press secretary said that it was Trump who initiated the conversation with Putin. At the same time, Peskov said that “it is too early to say when Putin and Trump can take advantage of mutual invitations to come” to both countries.

By the way, Vladimir Zelensky stated that the Ukrainian side will not accept any bilateral meetings on peace in our country without Ukraine. The President emphasized that the Kremlin is trying to do everything to ensure that the negotiations are bilateral – with the United States, but our side will not accept any bilateral agreements without us.

At the same time, the head of state said that he is not concerned about the fact that Donald Trump first called Vladimir Putin. According to Zelensky, this does not indicate Russia's priority.
